A multifamily apartment building located in Tukwila, Washington. 121 units, a large work-from-home and lobby space, a dog run, and an outdoor kitchen. Several conversation spaces dot the perimeter of the building as well, coordinated closely with the landscape architect to make these spaces both inviting and secluded from the adjacent apartment units.
